No water and no communication

Water stopped 10 am 6/3/2016. The issue was taken up on Twitter [URL Removed] Since then people have been constantly **** to and were given constant false promises of water restoration. They constantly claim they are working to resolve issues, but no one is ever present at the sights [URL Removed] Now since Twitter and contacting their call center is ineffective, as a SA citizen I would like to know what steps I can take to getting answers and issues like this resolved?
