No water and Electricity at 20 Symons Road in Brixton

Johannesburg water has cut off our water for non payment however the account was paid on the 13/11/2023 at 18:28 so I don’t understand why they have cut off our water when our account has been paid and to to top it off we don’t have electricity at our property since the 31/10/2023 what kind of service delivery is this? This is dissapointing to say the least.
