No water!

On friday 28May I logged a call *** As there is no water flowing through my pipes. They returned my call stating someone will come check.They pitched up at my house around 5.30 Friday,were here for 5 mins and said they will send someone out to come check the following day. I am still waiting!! I have no running water and cannot do anything!! So after spending another hour on a call trying to get through to your call centre who now mysteriously are not operating due to Covid..how did I log a call on Friday then if they are closed. I eventually got hold of someone at *** who advised my case is closed!! I am furious!! I logged another call with them *** and was told I must wait again up to 48hrs... I have been struggling with this problem for months on end and neighbours also have called in yet still nothing is done but we are billed sky high for water we dont get!!! I want my water sorted out today!!!!!!!
