No service or reponse to emails

<p>My account Number at Randburg Municpality Rates and Taxes is ********** 23. I sold my property in July 2016. I have been to the offices twice and sent numerous emails asking for my rebate to be paid because at the time the new owners took occupation I had a credit balance which is due to me.</p> <p>I find it not acceptable that I dont even get a response to my emails. I am not sure what to do which is why I am loking to Hellopeter to help me please.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a pensioner on govenment grant which is why I need my money back from them as they are quick to take it.</p> <p>Jen Metcalfe</p>
