No Service from City Parks

1, I logged a Service Request 3 months ago with COJ - City Parks to have the grass level reduced at an open space across my house. That open space was meant to be developed as a Park but but nothing has happened yet instead it was left abandoned , the grass level in too high and ****** goods sometimes gets hidden there, it is not even safe to pass there a night. <br> 2 I was given a call ref number and was told that turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks, it has been over 14 weeks now without an update or Service rendered. <br> 3. Everytime i follow up with City Parks i get different Stories like below, <br> - It is payday and the people who can check the ref on the system leaves at 12 Midday on payday<br> - There is no one available to check the ref on the system since they all went for a union meeting <br> - The system is down and i should call back tomorrow<br> - The people who can check the ref on the system are away on training <br> - The phones just keeps ringing with no answer <br> <br> These are all the numbers i used <br> <br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> <br> What should i do to get Service from City Park ???
