No service f

I annoyed at WHO exactly does city of Johannesburg provide service to? On the 17/04/2025 I called for a manhole sewage and was provided with Ref :COJ-*** they came on the 29th April on the 2nd of May 2025 that manwhole became worse than before, I called on the very 2nd of May 2025 and now a New ref: COJ ***... till today it's a NO SHOW!!
