For the past two years City of Joburg has charged me property rates, refuse and interest on arrears for a sold property, while also charging the new buyer for the same. <br> <br> On the statement 2014-06-22 R4117.08 are credited to myself but City of Joburg debited that funds, charges for the past two years FOR A PROPERTY THAT IS NOT MINE!!! <br> I have sent numerous emails, faxes and calls each month for the past two years. I have sent City of Joburg, proof and references of the sale of the above mentioned property, but month after month I've received no feedback just statement threatening me that legal action will be if I do not pay. <br> <br> This is really unacceptable and ridiculous, please have this sorted out ASAP.<br>
