No prepaid electricity meter!!

Useless if it comes to replace a faulty prepaid electricity meter,even if you offer to pay for the dam thing..I sit here with 176 reference Numbers from the call centre in Booysens jhb.plus I visited the electrical department in Booysens 4 times with no luck.Their biggest bull**** reply is,that there is No Stock ”bull*** ***”How do you run a company without Stock....And if city power send a so-called inspector out to Legally temporary bypass the meter,then they say You are responsible for the penalty fine for R12300-00 plus intres when stock comes available again(I won't pay it, I'm not so stupid) No stock since July 2021!!
