No Power for 4 days

We've been without power for 4 days now, City Power have been contacted several times and still no attendance. They are really treating us like animals. How are we suppose to survive without Power in this cold weather? Are we suppose to die of cold or die of hunger. This is no way a paying customer should be treated. I'm very angry and disappointed. My building name is Markwell House at 162 Albertina Sisulu Rd Johannesburg CBD.
