No Power

It's been more than a month now, people of Pimville zone 5,Soweto still have no electricity.... We went to the municipality and asked them to please come and check what's the problem but we were told to come back after 2 weeks, We went after that 2 weeks but still didn't get any help,We've been writing emails and calling but still not getting the help we need ,we are still living in the dark this cold winter...
