NO help , no reponse, dead phone lines ...frustrated

I have tried numerous times to call, but you hold on for more than 15 minutes and then the line just goes dead. Tried emailing over 10 times still no reply. Tried to register 3 separate times online and still fails to register due to "technical errors". This is ridiculous, no service at all from COJ. No help what so ever - trying to sort my account out and nee statements. But clearly thy are not interested in helping their citizens.
