No electricity since Saturday.

Since Saturday after loadshedding we've had no power in Elandspark area. I have a 7 month old who needs his formula/milk warm. Yesterday I had to travel in order to get milk for him. We work from home the generator can only assist with lights. We need assistance asap. This is annoying now can someone respond to this. My number is ***.
