NO ELECTRICITY FOR 3 WEEKS

Hi,<br> <br> I reside in 38/3516 Gemini Street Freedom Park - Siyaya 1813 (Devland) and for the pass 3 weeks we have been calling The City of JHB and City power logging calls reporting that we don't have electricity (City power ref CPWEB693507 & JHB City ATWAB690622). I called making follow ups and was told the calls are closed with a report that the fault was resolved - which is not true!<br> <br> Yesterday, 06.07.2015 - 08:00am I made the call to the City of JHB making a follow up and also logging another fault that we now have very weak electricity and its only affecting 6 houses. The moment 2/3 houses switch their lights on, then the power goes off. The operator I spoke to gave me a new reference number #***9 and committed to have a technician to attend to the issue latest in the evening but still no one has attended to the call. <br> <br> Food is rotting in our fridge, my neighbor's appliance have burnt from this, please kindly assist
