No care attitude from Joburg water

I have logged 3 requests to come out and please fix the drain.. The people came out the problem was in the yard our pipes was broken and blocked.. R7000 later the problem in the yard was fixed but they put in a manwhole in the front at our gate.. I logged a call again for joburg water to come and check as our sewege is leaking into the streets they came out and again told me the problem was in our yard I got a plumber again more money the plumber put rods in 10 m which is into the streets but the people from joburg water keep on telling me it's in our yard.. I just think they are to lazy to come and dig up and fix the actual problem pipe.. Our neighbors are starting to complain about the smell and all the water leaking into the street.. If this is not sorted out asap I'm going to Northcliff Melville times to get everyone to know how useless this service is from them..
