No Accountability

My house address as well as my name is wrong on the statement I logged a call with support on the 14th of Jan 2025, e-Joburg Support Ticket - *** // Call ***. I did send an email to *** they never responded. Again I escalated to Ombudsman City of Johannesburg OCOJ25/***3. They advise I get in touch with CoJ Revenue of which I did but my query is still not resolved.
