No Account

Good day, On the 15th of august 2018 an email was sent to city of Johannesburg to create an account for my newly purchased property.

to date i have not received an account statement and this past friday i went to the municipality offices to request a statement and only to find out that i dont actually have an account.

Do you want to create an account at your own time and back date? already now i owe 3000 of rates because of you.

You provide an email for a reason so that you can read and action not read and ignore.I called the call centre and you make me wait for an hour on phone,
