My water has been off for a week with no valid reason and sloppy responses from the staff

They are worse than eskom and it’s load shedding our water has been off for an entire week since Thursday January 30th , last Saturday we went and complained the staff rep**** by saying that it was puza Friday how can we expect them to turn the water back on over the weekend . On Monday we called back and they had load shedding and apparently no generators so they still could not help us . It is Friday the 7th of February and the water is still turned on . IT IS RIDICULOUS!! Because they have no valid reason as to why the water at only my house was turned off .
