The most useless council in the world, can be compared to cities in Syria where there is absolutely f-all ... nobody to assist!!!! Working with Joburg Water if incompetence was an Olympic sport they would be gold, silver and bronze in one event !!!

Water was disconnected in March due to a discrepancy on my account, missing occupancy certificate, all settled end of MAY ... water still not connected ...
