monthly statement DUE DATE

Please change the DUE DATE on the utility bill to 25th, 27th or 30th of every month.<br> We can't pay the bill if it's DUE DATE is 21st or 22nd of every month.<br> <br> People with payment plans run into issues, because the plan is de-activated if account not paid on the DUE DATE. They have to re-activate the plan and pay at least 50% lump sum of the amount owed...Please change the DUE DATE, not all of us work for the BANK that get s paid on the 20th of every month.
