Month after month no assistance.

Good day. I really need assist with my Account. Since I have registered my account I have only received 1 statement and never again. I do not know what is going on with my account every week when I call the call center they say there is a system problem and I must call next week. Next week I call and get the same story, I have visited the walk in center in Booysens and the person behind the desk says there is a system error and I need to return in 1 week upon returning to the walk in center I get the same answer as the previous week. I make a payment every month to ensure my services is not being cut off. Kind regards
