Mismanagement of water pipes replacement

There is a work for replacing water pipes at Cotswold drive for the past couple of weeks. Since then, fibre cables has been cut and blocking the entrance of the houses,. Work promissed to be finalised today, the 7th Feb, at 11 am. So, at 7:30 am, workers were sitting doing nothing, with only one worker digging. At 1:30 they are still busy digging and promisse to unblock the gate today, friday afternoon. It is unbeliavable how this kind of work is managed so badly, and most of the time they are sleeping or standing, because they need a break.
