Malacite complex being charged as Business insted of residential

the service we getting from COJ its nonsense . being charged under business while im staying in a residential complex its a no... no...

we moved in 2017 since we have been billed incorrectly, mind you we go to COJ department to change the billing one month its changed the next month it goes back to Business. Calgro and COJ are working together to eat our money and what's happening is ***** and it seems like since COJ is under government there is nothing we can do
