Left without water for 3 days and no tankers as well

No water, no tankers on site at Naturena, no life. 3 whole days..How must we survive? We saw the tanker that was supposed to provide us with water but instead the driver went past Naturena right to Freedom Park and did not deliver water at extension 20. Is this fair? Tomorrow is Friday and nothing.
