Leaking Water Pipe

Three reference numbers later and still no help on scene. We have called the department several times about a leaking pipe that is affecting our property. The wall is slowly decaying due to the affects of the water. It is damp, unpleasant and pretty much not great to look at. The wall outside our property in Bassonia has evidence of a water stain and the ground on the inside is moist, and muddy. How many times should we call before help arrives? <br> <br> How many more reference numbers must be issued?
