leaking sewer

I filed a leaking sewer complaint via Twitter on November 30, 2024, with JHB Water, but the matter was not attended to after I provided the full address of the affected area and my contact details. Unfortunately this call was not registered, hence i don't have a reference number.

I subsequently logged another call on 02.12.2024 to this effect, with reference number ***.

Sad to report that the complaint has not been resolved at the writing of this report, stamped 05/12/2024 @ 12:13 Thursday afternoon.
