Leaking meter, no service!

I have been reporting a leaking meter and an ******* connection for almost 2 months now and all I get is auto responses,the call center is not helping either but I'm still paying for the water that I am sharing with my neighbor through an ******* connection, where does one go to get help? Or are you in cahoots with my neighbor hence my issue is still not resolved?
