LACK OF CARE - Irresponsible

Hello Peter, today is the 17th of Dec 2015, On monday the 14th - A pipe burst in the Davidsonville Area and water has been pouring out from the park by the gallons, numourous people in the area including myself have called Joburg water to come out and sort the problem. For days, no water in this area due to Lack of maintenance on pipes. Not the first time this burst and waste of water. Eventually they send out people who have now not only NOT sorted the burst pipe but also cut the electricty power cables! NOW going on 48 hours without Electricity.<br> My Fridge/Freezer is now defrosted and food spoilt and after calling today 4 times as well as family members calling- NO ONE has bothered to come and sort out the issues! The fact that our country already suffers with water shortage etc, they do NOT CARE about the water wastage when we have clearly been doing our part as a community to advise them of the situation. Who will take responsibility here?? Who will care that I now need to spend money on replacing spoilt foods? Our country is where it is at because certain areas of government cannot do their jobs! Even the call centre agents do not care how they speak to customers!
