JOHANNESBURG'S FAILURE

They should be called - ABSOLUTE FAILURE OF JOHANNESBURG. I have never experienced a more ***********, useless, utmost waste of a service department in my life. They should just be completely demolished. There are no words to describe the bad service, and the people working there (or not) should be ashamed of how they treat their city and its people.
