Johannesburg Water - Not responsible

We dnt have water in Protea Glen - from 17:00 yesterday, until now. Been close to 20 hours, we didn't bath, eat, and so on. Instead of fixing, or telling me what the problem is - the official that I called yesterday claimed the water will be available at 22:00 - even now we dnt have water. They jst a bunch of ***** - when we are suffering on the other hand.
