Johannesburg water not responding to water leaks

Theft of water meter, water pouring out of ground for over a day now, logged the fault and this is square over a drought period, JHB Water should have a special team and urgency to sort out these leaks and damages, they are going on about water wastage but are very very slow to respond to repairs. There is so much water being wasted due to their slow service.
