Johannesburg Water NO SERVICE DELIVERY

The water has been off in South Hills for more then 3 whole damn weeks!! Apart from the constant load shedding .. people have work man what the hell is going on.. all they can say is "The South Hills tower is empty due to no supply from Rand Water", no further explanation and ETA on when it will be fixed.. this is utter BS
