Johannesburg Water Manicipality please help us with this tons of fresh water that is being wasted in Selous Drive Bellavista ward 55 please come check it's been 2 years

Hello! I live in Bellavista Selous Drive Johannesburg ward 55.... There is two drains of fresh water that has being licking rapidly for the past 2 years! Johannesburg municipality trucks come and we tell them they see the water as it is in the streets and they never come back or even try to help us! Can someone tell me where or who I must see or log a complaint with' this is tons of fresh water that is going to waste! Can You please please send help in Jesus name!
