Johannesburg Water hopeless.

Johannesburg Water.... pitifully poor.... they cannot get our meter number correct on our monthly account!!... now threatening to cut us off if we don't pay the massive sum against a meter number that is not ours!... sent the pictures of our meter with the reading and meter number clearly visible but they still can't get it corrected.... and no one cares enough to sort it!...
