Johannesburg Water-Dysfunctional and contemptuous

With the recent shutdown of our water for 54 hours, the Minister was bragging that the work had been completed in such a wonderful and efficient manner. Well it was at that moment that our water was cut off for 36 hours. There was little communication and little planning. There weren't enough water tankers available so we just had to do without. I tried contacting Johannesburg Water on ALL of their platforms, E Mail, Twitter, Phone, SMS. I have yet to receive any communication.
