Johannesburg water does not care

We know that we have a water crisis in South Africa for the past couple of years, right. Should we not prioritize the fixing and managing of burst water pipes and leakages? My pipe at the water meter has a heavy leakage since Nov last year. I have 3 reference numbers. ( ***, *** and ***) I even have the number of the foreman Ronnie whom I called several times. Every time I called him, he acted like its the first time I called him. Ronnie - ***

Not once did they came to assist me. I get stories like: they cant get into the complex, but it is not an enclosed complex. they read our meter every time with no issues? and even then, dont consider fixing it.

One of the answers were: it is completed. yet, they were never here.

A few times they told me they have system issues - LIKE TODAY. Last week I called three times, and every time I was told that the matter has been escalated. When I called Ronnie again, he told me that this is no longer his area.
