Johannesburg water disgusting services

I am beyond disappointed by the service received from Joburg water, since Wednesday 30 November 2022 to this hour 4 December 2022 we have no water. We have logged countless calls with Roodeport service center and the call center however no assistance and we keep being told an escalation department is done and technical team will be sent. No one takes their job serious or is even willing to give to go an extra mile with quality assistance. Pathetic service provided
