Johannesburg Water Department are managed by bubble fish .....

Water Department:

CNR Rockcliff Drive and South Bend Street, Northcliff

This is probably the 100th complaint about the very SAME water leak. YES. You do have people there at this very moment (14Aug2018), but you know what???

ALL they do is remove the tar from the road, let the surface below dry out, fill up the hole they dug. THEN - we have to report to JRA to come and FILL the tar again, and then 2-3 weeks later, it leaks again.

PLEASE!! DO NOT #SaveWater campaign - you making yourself look very .... mismanaged.

Get someone to FIX it properly. I really think it is better that the water KEEP LEAKING in the future and less frustration than to deal with incompetence. Do you not have a management system to check up on work being done or do you just tell them to take a shovel, lay on the grass until the truck come to collect them and create a traffic jam in the afternoon?

Honestly. This water department - ANC, DA, AA .... it does not matter who runs it - it stays an *********** service. But when you want us to pay you "demand payment and increases" - for what? THIS????
