Johannesburg water bad service delivrry

The waterpipe burst on 30th August now for the 6th time in our driveway in Kiblerpark Johannesburg water from Southdale simply Rips up my driveway and the oins same pipe for the 5th time.

The excuse I get they do not have material.

The gaping hole is still open.

The supervisor came out reluctantly and explained the same the municipality does not have money.

I cannot paint or beautify my driveway.

I have to be satisfied with the bad service or stay without ....I was made to understand. Today is the 3rd still response to replace the jointed pipe with a solid with no joints under my driveway
