Johannesburg Water - a World class stuff up

We've been without water since late yesterday afternoon. After numerous attempts to contact them by 'phone, I gave up. I tweeted them several times and even put a note on their Facebook page, but the folk at Johannesburg Water are probably gone with the tide. Absolutely no communication whatsoever as to what the problem is, when it will be resolved, or where we can obtain water in the meantime. This is a total disregard for their customers .... or absolute stupidity. We had the same problem last Tuesday. (in Randpark Ridge)
