Johannesburg Municipality sucks

I am a pensioner with a 100% rebate on rates. I have written several times to ***, but still receive invoices every moths, which I ignore. I was also pesterd by a Debt Collecting outfit who threatened me me to cut my water and lights. After I informed them to make my day as I pay that to me Body Corporate, they stopped and assured me that they will inform their client.
