joburgconnect not reading their emails

We are a small household in Athol and despite paying R10000 per month on a incorrect electricity bill, we've got an electricity bill of R107000. How is this even possible? We've been to their offices 4 times and wrote 4 emails, to no avail. They summons us with a termination letter, ignored all our complaints and we must sit back and pay the incorrect bill. Somebody is not doing their job......
