Joburg Water wont fix your leaking pipe

2 weeks back i called Joburg water to report my leaking outside tab, the consultant was informative and advised that they will be able to fix my leaking tab within two weeks, its now two weeks later i call and am advised no one will be able to assist or check the Query as only person with access to reference numbers is the Foreman REF No: ***.<br> <br> after 30 min of holding i was transfered to a lady who now changed the story and advised i should get a plumber its not Joburg Waters job to fix in leaking tabs in the yard.<br> <br> why was i informed in the first place?<br> due to this my tab has been leaking for 2 weeks and will leak for longer.
