Joburg water truck damaged my gate

Joburg water came to my house to fix a sewer issue, when trying to get their sewage truck into the yard, they damaged my gate in the process. I had to incur unnecessary costs, due to their negligence > to this day no one has reached out to me for reimbur*****t,
