Joburg Water - Their service is as disgusting as the sewage water thats overflowing in my garden

The problem I have here is that there is a man hole thats overflowing with SEWAGE WATER into my garden. Where I come from sewage means unhygenic filth. Multiple calls have been logged with Joburg water but their service is equated to the Sh**T water thats flooding my garden. Calls to their call center are pointless because no one cares to answer and ive had to look elsewhere for accomodation (which during a pandemic isnt ideal).
