Joburg Water Sleeping On Duty

Good Morning

I'm extremely disappointed in the manner of which Joburg water treated my case. From the 16th of July 2020 I have been reporting water leakage in my area but to date nothing happened, instead I get given ticket numbers logged below which no one attends to: ***, ***, and *** are all the numbers I have been given and no one acted on it. We losing thousands of clean drinking water daily yet people who are tasked with providing a solution just don't care! These people just show no concern, some kid should slip up and get injured or even die passing through this water before action must be taken by Joburg Water!! Joburg Water catch a Wake Up!! U guys are sleeping.
