Joburg Water punishing the honest citizens - disgusted

This nonsense system they introduced in Soweto, that aims to literally penalize honest people like my grandmother that pays water, is ****. She has been sent from pillar to post for the 'registration of water' since that so called registration she been buying water every 3rd day for over R50 and she's a pensioner. Whilst all her neighbors look at her like a because they have bridged and are getting the water for free. Now she's too honest of citizen to ever do anything ******* but what Joburg Water is doing, is making her suffer for her honesty. They send her to Zola, then Avalon offices every month. Mind you, those trips cost money and she is too old for that run around. You the call centre's they are just as useless.
