Joburg water people are ****** and call center service is dreadful!!!!!!

Joburg water people are ****** and the service at their call center is dreadful and shocking. Three weeks back joburg people came to my house and changed my meter without any problem experienced or any call logged, now the damn meter is giving me problems it keeps cutting water and the water now finishes very quickly. My budget spend for the month on water is what i now use weekly ever since they came. I have logged a call, ***, spoken to numerous people and i'm not getting any help.........This morning i called the call center and i spoke to Mzwandile Ndambe, a very stupid agent with a lack of listen s**** and stinking attitude, he told me that my call has been closed, he then put me on a long hold and dropped my call.....what is worse they have closed the call without the problem being fixed. You guys are ****** you **** people with this meter so that u can make money out of us.......
