JOBURG WATER NOT HELPING PEOPLE!!!

The city of Johannesburg and they staff lie it's all about them wanting a bribe and if you don't give them what they want they don't help you On Thursday the 13 of June 2019 they cut my water i paid and reported the issue they said your water will be back with in 72 hours it's been 4 days and no one came i called in with the number ********** the staff keep cutting the call i called about 20 times and they keep lying and say people are on the way I also went to ennerdale they lie and say people are coming we must just wait i went to lenaisa civc center no one helped i went to extension 10 in lenasia no one helped i went to ennerdale people lie and and say the report is out they coming to us but no one came there's a old lady who's 85years of age living with a down syndrom child and this is the **** they need to go through full of lies and no one to help this is the service we get from goverment staff 4 days with no water but the form says they will reconnect the water within 72 hours
