JOBURG WATER NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!!!!

We have reported a blocked drain on the 13th of July. Today is the 23rd and we still have the blocked drain. I have 3 small children and next to us is a day care. This is a health risk for all of us - even our dogs!!!! This is really pathetic service - why do we even pay tax when this people cant even react to a emergency. We have followed up so many times - all they say is the people are coming out today..... TODAY WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!! We have reported this so many times (via email, phone, sms) i have even tried the DA Ward councillor. What do i need to do to get a response team out here to fix THIS MESS. DOES THIS PLACE EVEN EXSIST? ? ? ?
