Joburg water ***********

On the 13 October woke up to a very messy yard I have a main sewage in the yard .My main drain is full of *** from I don't know where. I was told they came on the 12 October 2019they opened the main sewage put things there now my yard is full of *** I don't have running water in the house there is waist from other houses in my kitchen door .i received prior service with the call centre who which told me i must wait for 24 hrs ,I have kids that need to eat ,bath and go to school when I requested to speak to the manager she placed me on hold for 30 minutes meaning what I'm saying is not important . These Joburg watrs guys came in a Saturday afternoon but when the must come and did the **** that in my kitchen door no one is available
